Outdoor Living
Where the Backyard Becomes a Room
A good outdoor kitchen starts with the layout: where people stand, where the cook works, how the smoke moves and where the shade falls at 6 PM in July. We design the kitchen, seating, fire and shade as one space.
Finishes are chosen for the climate: stacked stone, stucco and travertine counters that hold up to sun and weather.
- Grill islands, bars and countertops in stone and travertine
- Gas and wood fire pits, fire tables and fire features
- Louvered pergolas, cedar pavilions and covered patios
- Stacked-stone and copper water and fire features
- Utility, gas and electrical needs identified early in design

Common Questions
Before You Call
Do you handle gas, electrical and permits?
Gas, electrical and permit requirements are identified in the design and estimate stage and handled according to local requirements. Ask us at the consultation how your specific project would be scoped.
How do I plan for summer heat?
Shade and airflow matter more than almost anything. Louvered pergolas, cedar pavilions and covered patios are the usual answer, with fans and lighting planned in from the start.
Can the kitchen match my existing hardscape?
Yes. We match or coordinate stone, color and edge details with your pool deck, patio and house.
